At Vape Falls, we value our loyal customers, and we are delighted to introduce our Loyalty Rewards Program known as "Vape Bucks." This program is designed to reward our customers for their continued support. Please take a moment to review our Loyalty Rewards Policy to understand how the program works and the terms and conditions associated with it.

1. Earning Vape Bucks

a. Earn Vape Bucks with Every Purchase:

• For every purchase made at Vape Falls, customers will earn Vape Bucks equivalent to 2% of the total purchase amount (excluding taxes and shipping fees).

b. Accumulating Vape Bucks:

• Vape Bucks will accumulate in your loyalty account for each eligible purchase made in-store.

2. Redeeming Vape Bucks

a. Eligibility:

• To redeem Vape Bucks, customers must have their contact information fully updated in our system, including their first name, last name, email address, and phone number.

b. Redemption Value:

• Each Vape Buck is equivalent to one Canadian Dollar (CAD) when redeemed.

c. Redemption Increments:

• Vape Bucks can only be redeemed in increments of $5.

d. Maximum Redemption Amount:

• The maximum amount of Vape Bucks that can be redeemed in a single transaction is $30.

e. Limitations with Promotions:

• Vape Bucks may not be eligible for redemption in conjunction with certain promotions or discounts. The availability of Vape Bucks redemption will be specified in the terms of each promotion.

f. Promotion Eligibility:

• Some promotions may not be eligible for collecting Vape Bucks. The eligibility of promotions for collecting rewards will be specified in the terms of each promotion.

g. Redemption Process:

• Vape Bucks cannot be redeemed online. To redeem Vape Bucks, customers must inform our staff during an in-store purchase.

h. Expiration:

• Vape Bucks expire after 9 months of no transactions on a customer's account.

3. Vape Bucks Account Management

a. Account Access:

• Balances cannot be viewed on our website. Customers can only view their Vape Bucks balance on receipts in-store and on our customer display.

b. Updating Contact Information:

• Customers are responsible for keeping their contact information, including first name, last name, email address, and phone number, up to date. Failure to do so may result in the inability to redeem Vape Bucks.

4. Program Modifications and Termination

a. Modification of Terms:

• Vape Falls reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Vape Bucks program or any aspect of it at any time without prior notice. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
