Return Policy for Vape Falls

A. Refunds
Refunds are not offered on any product purchased in-store or online.
B. Exchanges and Store Credit
1. Products may only be exchanged for the same product. In cases where an exchange cannot be completed due to the product being out of stock, we will issue store credit.
2. The maximum elapsed time to be eligible for an exchange is 7 days. Various products do have different exchange periods, please see below. Any products that are requested to be exchanged must be in original packaging and be accompanied by the receipt.
C. Specific Return Instructions by Product Type
Disposables:
1. Due to the wide variety of disposables available, we are unable to accept returns on disposables that were mailed out.
2. Disposables are only eligible for returns on the same day of purchase and only if the device is malfunctioning. We cannot accept returns on disposables unless they are returned with the original packaging. An exchange will only be provided for the same disposable in the same flavour originally purchased. Exchanges on disposables are authorized on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to decline any exchanges.
3. For disposables that start malfunctioning after the first day of purchase, we advise you to contact the manufacturer directly for a possible replacement. Manufacturer contact information can be found at the bottom of this page.
Devices & Tanks:
1. Devices can be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt and packaging. Malfunctioning devices will be exchanged for another device or store credit.
2. All devices will be inspected and tested, and returns will only be accepted if the device is malfunctioning. Returns will not be accepted if there is any suspected abuse or misuse.
3. Tanks can only be returned if they are malfunctioning and must include all spare parts included in the packaging (e.g., coils, glass, etc.).
Coils & Pods:
1. Coils and pods are exchangeable only on the day of purchase and must be returned in their original unopened packaging.
2. Pre-filled pods can be exchanged on the day of purchase if unopened. Malfunctioning pods will be exchanged on a case-by-case basis.
D. E-Liquid:
1. E-Liquid is exchangeable only on the day of purchase.
2. E-Liquid cannot be exchanged if the seal or federal excise stamp is broken.
E. Batteries & Other Accessories:
1. All batteries are considered final sale. Returns for other items will be considered on a case-by-case basis but will follow a maximum 7-day return period.
F. Clearance:
1. Items marked as clearance are not covered by this policy and are considered final sale. They will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstance.
G. Underage Orders and Age Verification
1. Vape Falls strictly prohibits the sale of vaping products to individuals under the legal smoking age in Newfoundland, Canada. Age verification is required when receiving your order from Canada Post.
2. If an underage individual attempts to order from our online store and is unable to verify their age with Canada Post, the order will not be processed, and a refund will be issued, minus a 15% restocking fee & the original cost of postage.
H. Postage Costs
1. Postage costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error made by our staff (e.g., wrong item sent).
